Programme Learning Outcomes (PLO)

PLO1: Evaluate key concepts, principles, research, advanced themes and professional interventions in industrial and organisational psychology.                                                    

PLO2: Evaluate industrial and organisational psychological theories, past literature, and research design to review and conduct advanced psychological research.                                 

PLO3: Compose research planning strategies, research execution, the writing of research report and verbal presentation of the research results.                                                                       

PLO4: Interact proficiently with others at group levels to address issues within industrial and organizational psychology contexts.                                                                                    

PLO5: Communicate effectively through verbal and written forms using various mediums, to a range of audiences in industrial and organisational psychology setting.                            

PLO6: Apply information/digital technologies in interpreting and extending knowledge in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
