Consequently, being proficient and competent in English will be an asset to any individual in almost any field of work, be it law, business, commerce, politics, education or the mass media at local and international levels.

The Bachelor of Arts (Hons) English Language programme aims to provide students with the communicative skills and the knowledge of the language to communicate proficiently and competently, as well as to participate actively and confidently in international and local platforms such as conferences, forums and career-related activities (training programmes, board meetings, interviews, consultation, etc).
